The Coach Sarna League is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth sports opportunities inspired by the legacy of Coach Ed "Coach" Sarna, a longtime local coach, athletic director, and Notre Dame football player. Our mission is to ensure that every child who wants to play sports can do so—regardless of their financial situation.

Since our founding in Fall 2021, we have awarded over $245,000 in scholarships to support young athletes in programs including 49ers Flag Football, NFL Flag Football, MLS GO Soccer, and more. While providing scholarships aligns with our mission to make sports accessible and inclusive for all families, please note that scholarship awards are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and approval.
